The Easton Zoning Board will listen to testimony and vote on a special exception to override FEMA designated floodplain regulations, allowing Scannell Properties to do the following:
- Relocate the existing tributary, Spring Brook, and daylight into the Bushkill Creek
- Build a retention basin
- Build a 40ft wide access road
Easton Planning Commission voted unanimously against giving a positive recommendation for this special exception to the Zoning Board.
