Victory!

Today a federal judge, Kathleen Cardone granted our request for an emergency injunction, stopping destructive border construction across the Big Bend region while our lawsuit moves forward.

The bulldozers have stopped.

Every signature, every phone call, every post, every prayer mattered.  Today we thank Judge Kathleen Cardone for her wisdom and courage for delivering an injunction to save our Big Bend.  Today we thank Zeynep Graves, a lawyer with the Center for Biological Diversity for her direct and astute plea to the court.   

Now, today we celebrate and tomorrow we stay diligent and ready!
