広島ではありませんが、私は今度の日曜日に福岡で行われる大規模なコミュニティ・ビーチクリーンアップに参加する予定ですが、そこでも日本の牡蠣や漁業によるプラスチック汚染が見つかると思います。

Fukuoka Beach Clean Up 5/21 Sunday
Although it is not in Hiroshima, I will be joining a big community Beach CleanUp event this Sunday in Fukuoka and I am sure we will also find some plastic pollution from Japan's oyster and fishing industry there.

I also have a new connection with a photographer who does beach cleanups as a part of his artistic-activism work and I hope to have him on my talkshow sometime soon to talk about the trash that he finds and share some of his photos.

We often find oyster industry plastic pollution along the beaches and coastlines, but also along the riversides in Hiroshima city as well.
