I don’t give you permission to poison my property.  I have surveyed my property and there are no fireants. 

I have been informed through reputable sources like ABC News and mainstream newspapers these poisons are toxic and a risk to all insects like indigenous bees and animals. Including a vet who has spoken up about sick dogs.

Under these circumstance I think it is reasonable I refuse.
