Regarding the property  at....... 

I believe you are the helicopter company that has been contracted for the aerial baiting for red imported fire ants for the Department of Fisheries and Agriculture in the......... area. If so I'm putting you on notice as I am the owner of the said property and I am notifying you that you are not to aerial bait any of the said property (I have not granted the Department of Fisheries and Agriculture authority to spray over said property for fire ants) or cause spray drift onto said property or fly at a low height over it or it will be considered a tort of Trespass. Livestock  are not to be stressed. 

Aerial baiting/low flying over the said property will be classed as violation of  the said property's air space causing potential damage and harm, as such may fall under the provision of tort of Trespass. A remedy (to recover a right or to prevent or obtain redress- for a wrong) will apply should this property/ person/perons/livestock and or pets be harmed from aerial insecticide spraying/baiting and/or low flying over the said property. 

Please permanently refrain from flying helicopters less than approximately 200 metres in height over said property, aerial baiting/spraying over said property, and/or in conditions that will cause spray drift onto the said property from adjoining properties being sprayed. 

If there are any breaches of CASA regulations I will not hesitate to report them. 

The above will apply whether you are contracted to the Department of Fisheries and agriculture or not.
