You have 2 days to get your voice heard

Dear friend
Thank you for everything you have done to stop the sale of common good land at Helensburgh's waterfront.
Argyll and Bute Council's consultation closes at midday on Monday.
This weekend, if there is one thing you do, make sure you get your voice heard by responding to the consultation.
You can find out more about the Council's proposal and a link to complete the consultation on Helensburgh's Community Council's website.

Have you seen the film that Helensburgh teenagers have made about what they would like on the common good land at the waterfront?
A talented filmmaker based at Cove Park has been teaching local teenagers filmmaking skills. They decided to use these to get their voices heard about the future of the waterfront. And they don't want a supermarket.
You can watch their film here.
We're delighted to hear from them. Afterall, common good land, such as this waterfront site, should be there for generations to come to use and enjoy.
These teenagers are just some of the hundreds of people we have heard from who have responded to the consultation.
Don't forget to have your say before noon on Monday.
Thanks again for your support.
Best wishes,
Polly and everyone at Helensburgh Community Council
