FRENCH COURT ORDERS FISHING BANS TO PROTECT DOLPHINS

On Monday France's top administrative court ordered the French government to ban fishing in parts of the Atlantic to protect dolphins that have been washing up dead in their hundreds after dying in fishing nets.
