SHRSD Residents for a New Plan need your help in saving the district from making a large and costly mistake!  There are significant drawbacks to the referendum plan that the district either didn't share or didn't make easily accessible for voters to consider:

• Long term costs to maintain three schools
• Financials to demonstrate the ability to pay for new programs and sports fields at the HS
• Proposed middle school is over-sized per state recommendations
• Costs to rent space at the Jesus School are still unknown

We also believe the referendum process itself was conducted in an unfair and even illegal manner.  Our tax dollars were spent on an elaborate marketing scheme that left out important details.  Individuals who opposed the referendum were labeled "misinformed" and any drawbacks were labeled "misinformation".  

Despite these actions, the outcome was narrowly decided by just two votes.  We believe improper and illegal actions impacted the results of this vote.

The good news is we can still stop this.  Please sign on to our petition to halt the referendum from being implemented and support West Amwell Township’s bid to have the results recounted and contested.  We need the courts and State Agencies to understand how many have been harmed by these actions and that we demand proper recourse.
