After contacting the city council, Animal services of RIVCO and Animal control, I received no answers. On 3/8/23, I contacted Mayor Zimmerman to get contact information for AC. I was impressed that he responded quickly with the AC's officer's name and email address. 

I contacted Officer Middleton immediately and waiting to hear back. 

I will post more updates as I hear back. Thank you for your support. We, as a community, must protect our animals and stop these puppy mills.
