The Ombudsperson's office is assessing our complaint and, hopefully, will recognize the flagrant disregard of the rules and assign an investigator. 

However, it's not the time for a celebration. They may not do an investigation. What??

Are we living in a lawless society? We hope not. We trust that the Ombudsperson's Office will conduct a transparent and fair investigation.

We are very alarmed by the single-family Monster home rising on Tudor Avenue in Ten Mile Point because it is just one egregious example of rule-bending. Yet construction continues... Based on reports, we know it is happening across Saanich.

We have over 450 signatures now. This is good, but clearly we need more to wake up the system! Please spread the word!
