Thank you for joining us in our fight against supermarket supply chain food waste. After just 24 hours of our petition being live, over 30,000 people have signed the petition! This clearly shows the appetite for change. We're already the makings of a fantastic movement to put some serious pressure on supermarkets to address food waste. Let's build on that momentum and take the movement to the next level. If we all share this petition with our friends, family and networks, imagine how far it could spread! With such a strong voice, the supermarkets can't help but take notice. Please help spread the word: - Share the petition on facebook far and wide - Tweet about the campaign using #stoptherot and follow us @foodwaste - here's a template tweet: End the 7 million tonnes of supermarket supply chain #foodwaste! 30,000 signed so far. Join the movement http://change.org/stoptherot #StoptheRot We'll also be appearing on LBC radio tomorrow morning at 8.50am talking with Andrew Pierce about the campaign, so tune in if you can! What a first day for the campaign - now we can begin to ramp up the pressure on supermarkets, so stay tuned. Let's put an end to food waste!
