I think I got all the answer I needed. His actions said it all. He obviously doesn't want to be disturbed and neither do I. I think that's it. Calling him during business hours won't solve anything since they're just picking and choosing which laws to enforce at this point.

They're horrible and idk if it's a cultural thing because I'm not Cuban like to do the opposite of do unto others and instead do some sick ritual outside from 12am to 7am with a rooster screaming all night long.
