Tonight is the Planning Commission meeting where members of Fayetteville Strong will make our presentation to appeal the variance. We need to show up with as much public support as possible! So bring a friend (or three)!
What: Planning Commission meeting
When: Starts at 5:30, but we are #9 on the agenda, so you can come a little later
Where: City Admin Building, 113 W. Mountain St.
Why: To urge the Planning Commission to deny the building variances to the developer who wants to build a Roadrunner gas station at North and Garland. Basically, pointing out that this kind of development is dangerous, unneeded, and not in line with the city's own zoning code.
