Unfortunate news on Austin Park in Skaneateles

There seemed to be at one point some hope when the Village of Skaneateles members opposed the Town's proposed idea to relocate the Maintenance Building and equipment to the Austin Park Pavilion at Austin Park, in Skaneateles. We just learned that the Village of Skaneateles is now in support of the Town moving Maintenance Building to the park! And it seems like the Village and Town have been keeping this on somewhat of a down low, not publicly announced. Which could be a huge red flag! 

It's a massive construction project and cost. That will be unsightly and unsafe!

We urge and ask our neighbors and friends, please reach out to the Village and share your concerns. This is unsafe for our kids, our guests, and the future of the park! For a maintenance building and all their equipment to be located in the park is unheard of!
