The Riverbend Heights RHID did not pass. The Lansing City Council voted "no" on the Resolution. 

Please make sure you email the Lansing City Council, the Mayor, and City Administrator Tim Vandall to thank them for considering the adverse effects of the Riverbend Heights RHID to taxpayers, especially those in USD-469. 

AND thank them for planning to revise the Comprehensive Plan in the near future.
