More of Michael Proctor's texts have been released by the DA's office as "discoverable materials" related to at least one ongoing and several previous trials that Proctor investigated. The police union unanimously pulled it's support for his appeal and the union attorney will no longer be representing him. Proctor withdrew his appeal a few hours later.

Allegedly, the additional text dump was worse than anything we saw in the Read case and included highly inflammatory language about other defendants investigated by Proctor as well as statements about Sandra Birchmore.
