Thanks for supporting this Petition ,i am reminding you,of the urgency of writing to the Council if you have not already done so ,to make a Formal complaint and request a stop /halt to the ongoing works,also to contact decision maker,and Project manager ,at north east lincolnshire council,as the works are ongoing we need to intercept now,although the process is looking non reversible, your quick reactions request for a an Immediate halt of the works at the very least ,if granted could allow for Modifications .

If you liked the former town end Pier garden grounds as they were ,it would be a positive step forward to point this out to the council depending on how strongly you feel about what's happening.

You can even write email Maylim the Contractar ,to request a stop clamming dissatisfaction with the ongoing works stating your reasons.example loss of originality and character,of the town end Pier gardens making reference to starting of the removal of the maze back in 2024 due the neglect and unkept management of the council.and  your points that a tidy up and cctv would have been a better option than deep excavations to the grounds and wildlife ,and loss of amenity of all concerned.

We need to prove to the council we are not just going to give up,and accept what they are doing to the town end pier gardens which points to the fact most liked them as they were.so it is a loss not a gain.

Lets complain .what option have we got.?
