Utah's legislature is poised for a major power grab to force nuclear reactors everywhere with HB 249, and remove local power. Please contact your representatives and ALL representatives and ask them to vote NO on this bill. It will be voted on this Friday, 3-7-25.  SB 337 takes power from cities for the state to designate energy zones, so please tell them to vote NO on this too.

Tell your friends and family, and please come to Cedar Valley High School at 1389 Aviator Ave, Eagle Mountain, UT 84005 on March 10 at 7 p.m. to the nuclear town hall meeting and tell the city why you don't want nuclear reactors in Eagle Mountain. What happens here will set a precedent for EVERY city in Utah! The city has changed the name of this meeting from "nuclear" to "energy." Don't let that fool you. It's going to be stacked with pro-nuclear industry workers with a financial incentive to build nuclear reactors. Let's ask them tough questions! Sign up here to ask questions.

The city recently gave QTS, a data center company, the right to build a natural gas plant right by a school and new homes. And this week, they gave Enyo, an energy selling company, the right to build a natural gas plant in the same area. Since all the data center companies are building nuclear reactors by their data centers in other states, we know they're going to keep trying to do it here. Let's speak up and stop it!
