Harborplace and Baltimore’s Inner Harbor have reached a critical turning point. A lawsuit has been filed challenging Baltimore City’s process for allowing a private developer to construct high-rise apartment towers on land long protected for public park and recreational use.
This case seeks to hold the City accountable, defend the public’s rights, and ensure that decisions affecting Baltimore’s waterfront are made lawfully, openly, and in the public interest.
