Good Morning Fellow Residents, Voters and Petition Supporters. 

Since reactivation of this online petition its evident from the comments in a number of FB community groups that many people in Liverpool are NOT aware of the Change to management of the upcoming Council Elections from the NSW Electoral Commission to a Private company.

The NSW Electoral Commission is a tried and proven provider of services for both State and Council Elections with decades of Experience.

QUESTION  

Do you think that the decision made by 6 of the 11 Councillors from Liverpool Council in a closed confidential session of the Council meeting to dump the NSW Electoral Commission without any notice to the Voters of Liverpool or any Community Consultation was fair, reasonable or Democratic?

In my opinion making decisions about changing who runs the Elections without any Community Consultation or Input from the Local Community and Voters is UNDEMOCRATIC indeed it could almost be considered Dictatorial. 

Time is Running.Out as the Council Elections are due in September this year.
