ATTEND the Village Board Meeting this Monday, March 16th at the NEW location: Christ Lutheran Church at 60 55th Street at 6:30pm. The consultant will present the Downtown Plan to our board. And we ALL MUST be there to make sure they are presenting what RESIDENTS want based on the $75,000 five-month feedback, workshop, mapping, survey project that  answers the question; How do RESIDENTS want to use OUR Downtown? 

PLEASE ATTEND in person. WE must ALL attend to show a united front to SAVE OUR safe and proven vehicle and pedestrian passages in OUR downtown. An expensive, needless empty plaza is NOT wanted or needed. It is a safety hazard so close to our only train crossing and for our children to be playing on a concrete playground in the middle of our business district. And it will drain our small businesses of customers and sales.
