No downtown plaza is needed. 2 plazas are now slated to be built at the just announced Walker/Park Development in CH. Since the developer is putting in a corner public plaza park AND a private condo amenity terrace, WHY should taxpayers fund a plaza to completely ruin our traffic and compromise safety downtown and at our train crossing? 

HOW MANY PLAZAS does one small Village need? We already have Tierra Plaza, Village Hall Plaza, and now this Walker/Park Plaza Park... enough already. And plazas remain largely EMPTY; Burr Ridge & Westmont plazas are EMPTY.
