Study the photo; the proposed "Plaza" CEMENTING right OVER our VITAL TURN-OFF LANE & traffic-triangle and you will notice that the GREEN numbers are NOT TREES. They are simply a bevy of REPLACEMENT PARKING SPOTS being EXPENSIVELY RELOCATED from our current storefronts in CH to Park Avenue, turning Park Ave into a "virtual parking lot," which will be much less convenient, much more congested & dangerous for pedestrians/vehicles, and that is WASTEFUL SPENDING of our TAXPAYER DOLLARS. The plaza will only be used as "selling point" for leasing/sales agents* to say "Look, CH has a Plaza..."
