In short:

1. Save the PDF pre-written letter.
2. Click the link (or click here).
   You may need to scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Agree" button.
3. Fill in out the short form with your name, email, post code etc.
   There is a drop-down box, from which you need to select "Objection".
4. Type "See attached" in the text box.
5. Scroll down to Attachments and click "Add".
6. Attach the saved PDF letter and "Submit" the form.

You have then FORMALLY objected, which is extremely important.
