The objection cutoff date is now 20th March. There are over 750 people who have signed this petition which unfortunately only counts as one objection. To date there are only about 50 objections listed on the Somerset Council planning web site which means that 700 people are not being heard. It is important to make individual objections in your own words as duplicate letters or multiple signed letters only count as one objection. 

Many people have reported difficulty in accessing the web site. You can object by email to jennifer.alvis@somerset.gov.uk and consultation.responseseast@somerset.gov.uk saying that the site was not working. If you do not see your objection on the site in 5 days then complain and tell us. 

There is an Extraordinary Planning Committee meeting at Frome Town Hall (Council Chamber) at 7:00pm on Thursday, 19th March.  Please try to be there to make your feelings known.
