**ALL HANDS ON DECK - LEGISLATIVE UPDATE**

I spoke with Assemblyman Stanley's legislative aide. Assemblyman Stanley is the chair of the Regluated Professions Committee, where our Crematory bill still needs to be heard.

She told me there has been a decent amount of emails for the bill. However, there has been a strong pushback against it.

I asked **specifically** if this wouldn't be heard due to lack of votes, she repeated, "we just need to do more due diligence."

IMHO - I strongly feel that means there isnt enough votes/support on the committee.
