We met with the Town of Smithtown Public Safety Director and other officials today who are moving forward, but we need your help to take the next step!

In order for the town to issue summons and potentially bring the responsible businesses to court, we need sworn affidavits from residents confirming that:

• The noise is audible inside your home (with doors and windows closed)
• It is believed to be originating from specific businesses within the Hauppauge Innovation Park
• If you are experiencing this and are willing to help, please email Kristen at: hauppaugenoise@gmail.com in order to begin. 

This process will involve speaking with a sworn peace officer to document your experience, and you may be asked to appear in court if the case progresses to that point.  I know this is a commitment, but it’s how we create real accountability and push for change.
