There is currently a massacre occurring each day in the streets of the Bethlehem and Hebron areas where stray dogs and cats are being poisoned and sometimes even shot to death. The municipalities in the area are collaborating with police and putting out the poison each night. The poison is killing them painfully and slowly. It takes a few days for the fatal poison to take action, so these animals are suffering torturous and horrendous deaths in the streets. Some innocent strays are actually pets of some of the members of the community and still being poisoned if the municipality catches them outside. There have also been situations where these poor animals are in the yard of their owner's home and still being shot to death.

This horrendous massacre must stop!! If we can get enough signatures we can bring this petition straight to the municipalities and come up with a better solution for the protection of all the animals in the area.
