If we don't act fast, we risk losing these endangered Asian elephants in their last bastion - India which has 55% of the global Asian elephant population. There are between 40,000 to 45,000 Asian elephants on the planet, 27,000 + in India. In order to save the species we need to strive to save them in their last stronghold, where human population is out of control and development is reckless. Together we are Stronger my friends!! We need to reach 100,000 asap!
