The MacArthur found a new investor and is now attempting to open a 6-floor nightclub complex with live entertainment next to Charles White Elementary School and across from the new playground. With over 6000 guests, this will greatly endanger the safety of pedestrians and increased filming will constantly disrupt students’ learning at the adjacent school.
