The SMWCGE Petition and its campaign include building pressure and power to, among other things, establish a UK All Party-Parliamentary Commission of Inquiry for Truth & Reparatory Justice (APPCITRJ) as part of a holistic and transformative reparatory justice process. We can all be reparatory justice agitators and advocates in different ways to ensure that visibility of the SMWCGE campaign goals and the issues that the campaign highlights, remain in public consciousness as part of the process of reparations social movement-building. For, reparations however one envisions it, can only be effected and secured as a result of a movement that we continue to build.
