It's been a while, so I'm back with an update, having just been discussing licences with NatureScot - please read the update HERE. Your comments are very welcome, as always.
I was hoping that NatureScot would have an idea of when they might be sharing details of their latest lethal control licences - but alas they don't seem certain.... Continuing with that theme, Defra has still not published its 'annual' cetacean strandings reports for 2021/2022 (or 2023), so we can't currently see that data either for the moment.
As I point out in the update, getting information out of these government departments can feel like wading through treacle....
