A further quick update - and it's good news.
NatureScot have just told me they plan to publish their wildlife licence data on an annual basis, please read my update HERE.
It's a great development, with NatureScot joining Natural England in releasing an annual declaration of their licences for public scrutiny.
All of which should mean more transparency and therefore more accountability from these influential organisations.
