Hi folks,

As we await an update on the Cormorant licence reforms, I thought I'd follow up on the interest I received from readers regarding the idea I mooted in my last post about re-introducing nature study in primary schools.
I have today written to the education ministers for England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland about this, please read my update HERE.

It seems to me that our best hope to reverse the decline in biodiversity now lies with the youngest generation.

I'll let you know what responses I receive from the ministers, and of course I'll also be back in touch when Natural England have an update on the licence reforms.
