Disappointed to tell you that Natural England have decided not to include the total numbers associated with their 2019 licences when they publish their licensing summary later this month.

Natural England told me in January that they 'hoped to' include the information as part of their annual summary, so it's disappointing. But, as I write in my blog post, I plan to raise questions over some of the 2019 licences in due course.
Meanwhile the campaign goes on!
