Thought I'd just keep you all updated about what is going on with the campaign.
I've submitted a couple more freedom of information requests, this time regarding Natural England's approval of licences to destroy thousands of Mallard eggs.

Comments welcome and I'll let you know how they attempt to justify their decision to grant these particular licences when I hear from them in a few weeks time....
The petition is still growing, though it is slow progress at the moment, which is why I would ask everyone to share the petition again, across social media, in emails, and wherever else you can!
