I've been encouraged by my latest discussion with Natural England.
Small steps but glimmers of hope!
My intuition tells me that the agency might be taking note of our calls for more public consultation in the licencing process - at least in some circumstances.
I've outlined it all on my blog HERE and your comments are welcome as always.
I've also asked them about the licences they issued to kill thousands of red listed Herring Gulls, more about that when I have their response.
Please keep sharing the petition, I feel sure we are making a difference.
