Natural England to be stripped of power over bird licences? Update...

Hi folks,
Another update following the surprise news that Mr Gove might be stripping Natural England of its powers over the bird kill licences.
According to reports in the papers this morning, the task may be transferred to Defra - which might not be the best outcome....
Anyway, I've outlined my latest thoughts about it on my blog - as always please feel free to comment, your feedback is essential to the campaign.
