Every life matters. Stray dogs in Morocco are facing cruel treatment and, in some cases, mass killings. This not only causes unnecessary suffering but also fails to solve the problem in the long run.

We call on the Moroccan authorities to fully adopt humane and effective solutions: TNVR (Trap – Neuter – Vaccinate – Return).

Trap: Capture the dogs safely.
Neuter: Sterilize them to control population growth.
Vaccinate: Protect them and humans against deadly diseases like rabies.
Return: Release them back to their familiar environment, where they are no longer a threat.
This method is internationally recognized by the World Health Organization and has proven successful in many countries. It is cost-effective, sustainable, and compassionate.

We urge Morocco to say NO to killing and YES to humane management. Together, we can build a future where people and animals coexist in dignity.
