Ecomuseum can take wildlife, but only through a rehabilitation facility.

Thank you for your interest in the Ecomuseum Zoo!

The Ecomuseum Zoo is recognized as a zoological institution and does not have a shelter permit. Therefore, we cannot take in wild or domestic animals directly. The Ecomuseum Zoo welcomes native wild animals that must first be assessed and then cared for, for example, in an accredited rehabilitation centre with the necessary permits. The Ecomuseum Zoo is a refuge for those animals that cannot be released by these organisations.
