NY MUTE SWAN BILL ON ITS WAY TO THE GOVERNOR! PLEASE CALL GOV. CUOMO'S OFFICE AND URGE HIM TO SIGN THE MUTE SWAN BILL S6630 (or veto, so the Assembly and Senate can override his veto!) Cymbrowitz's office in Albany confirms that the bill is enroute to Governor. However, how long it sits on his desk or whether he will sign it is another issue. We need everyone to call Cuomo's office - 518-474-8390 and ask him to please sign this bill. We want the DEC to prove their claims against the mute swans and a moratorium placed on killing any swans for at least two years or more until they do. THANK YOU! Hopefully, the next update will be a victory for the swans!
