Mute Swan Happenings in New York: The assembly bill A3675 came out of Ways and Means and is now in the Rules committee ( a sort of waiting Room for a floor vote) Once it passes the floor vote (which is expected) it will have passed the assembly as well as the senate and be ready to go to the governor for his signature. Need to write and call Cymbrowitz and Heastie (Speaker of the House) to get this voted and passed quickly before Assembly recesses. PLEASE HELP, Especially if you live or know someone who lives in New York. If this passes, other states may finally have a chance to get the killings stopped in their states. Thank You!
