Since Labour came to power, we’ve seen 25,000 migrants enter the UK illegally, shielded by the European Convention on Human Rights (ECHR)—a law we should repeal, as we’re no longer part of the EU. The ECHR prevents us from deporting 12,000 foreign nationals currently in UK prisons, offering them protection. Without this law, we could address the prison crisis swiftly by deporting foreign offenders instead of releasing individuals after serving just 40% of their sentence.

Taxpayers are growing increasingly frustrated by the massive costs associated with this surge of illegal immigration, many of whom lack proper documentation. These undocumented migrants must be deported immediately, as they could pose risks to our nation's security, public safety, and way of life.
