Governor DeSantis has announced that, in response to significant public opposition, plans to commercialize and develop nine of Florida's State Parks have been suspended for this year. The Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) will revisit and reassess these proposals in the future. Please stay engaged for future updates and opportunities to take action.
