First off, thank you for all your support & sharing this petition! We're almost at 50 signatures!

I've attached a diagram showing the SDG Official Plan for the region. I have added an outline in purple of what is understood by the public to be the Greys Creek Conservation Area. Much of the area is wetland, which is environmentally protected, but can be built on with a lot of restrictions. The left* most portion of Greys Creek is planned to be an Urban Settlement.... (houses). The portion that is being clear cut is within the park, outlined in red. Much of this is planned to be rural Settlement, which the owner can do what ever he wants with, short of harming wildlife: such as migratory birds. 

The investort cannot clear cut his property, the wetland or build on it unless he has an approved environmental impact study, which he does not. 

We want to ensure that all activities in Gray's Creek adhere to the regulations in place, preserving the natural beauty of the area and protecting its wildlife for future generations to enjoy.
