We are due to hear the decision from the Planning inspector tomorrow.

The final invoices are in, this battle has cost us £22,760.00.

The last 26 months has been one rollercoaster after another and it all rests on the decision tomorrow.

We have achieved many things over the many months,

1, highlighted the failings of the EA permit process

2, instigated the water testing in the Hayle G22 NVZ

3, Informed Cornwall Council some documents had dubious photography claims

4, the transport statement was out of date and still is!

5, Ecology and Biodiversity only done on 4 fields, there are 22

and we even managed to prove water and run-off does run downhill.
