Hello everyone!
We officially have over 1000 signatures, which goes to show that the ranges are negatively impacting a number of people! Steve Minnikin has written to the Minister for the Environment and the Great Barrier Reef for an official sound measurement and the SSAA have temporarily introduced limitations on certain firearms until they have sorted out acoustic issues. While these are steps in the right direction, permanent solutions are yet to be implemented. Plus, the Brisbane Sporting Clays have done nothing to reduce their impact and still create excessive noise.
