Congratulations everyone! We’ve surpassed 1000 signatures, however…

since reaching this milestone a few days ago, the signature count has been largely stagnant. I am so proud of all of you who have signed this petition, especially those who have shared it further, or even been so kind as to donate their hard-earned money towards the petition’s success! Unfortunately, we cannot complete our mission without more signatures. 

I will not ask anyone to donate, nor do I have any expectation of it, and while it is the best thing that can be done for this cause, there is another, completely free and convenient way to chip in: sharing this petition with others. Whether by social media, messages, or whatever other medium one might choose, sharing this petition is crucial for the realization of its purpose. You’ve already taken a big step by signing, taking one step more would be monumental.
