I was waiting whether the government would ease the restrictions for non-Japanese legal residents or not from July onwards. Because the government has not announced anything that goes in that direction, I have decided to enter the next step and actually send the petition. I am going to send it to the Prime Minister’s Office, the Ministry of Justice, and the House of Representatives on July 6 (the day after tomorrow). Since I am not based in or near Tokyo, I am going to send it by mail, but this may lead to the letter being ignored. However, the time to enter this next step has certainly arrived.

陳情書の提出について

大変お待たせいたしましたが、陳情書の提出の日程が決まりましたので、お知らせします。7月以降どうなるか、政府からの発表を待っていましたが、残念ながら政策の変更は見当たりません。外国籍の住民を相変わらず訪問客同然と再入国させない方針が7月にも続くようなので、7月6日（明後日）に本陳情書を首相官邸、法務省ならび衆議院に送ります。郵送につき受け付けられない可能性がありますが、次の段階（陳情書の実際な提出）に入らざるを得ない状況になりました。
