The Big 12 is taking action!

It looks like the Big 12 was already thinking along the same lines. The image below outlines their official review and newly updated conference-wide policy, which includes several of the concrete measures we were hoping to see—such as escalating institutional fines, in-game competitive penalties, and attendee bans.
